The site is a few static pages. It has no forms and no login. We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider receives the technical details any browser sends when it loads a page, such as an IP address, and uses them to deliver and protect the site.
The checkout page is run by our payment processor and covered by its own privacy policy, linked on that page; it may use its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. The processor collects your card details — we never see your full card number. It gives us your email address, your business name and the status of your subscription. We use them to send you the daily file, to reach you about your subscription, and to keep our records. Our emails carry no tracking.
We don't sell or rent it. We share it only with the services that run the product — our payment processor, our email delivery provider and our hosting provider — each only as far as its job needs. We disclose information when the law requires it.
The daily file lists US trucking companies newly granted operating authority, compiled from records the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration publishes: the business's name, city and state, the phone numbers and email address the carrier filed, its officers' names as filed, its USDOT and MC numbers, and a few things we compute about the business — whether its email address accepted mail when we checked it, and flags such as an earlier revocation. Every column we compute describes the business under its USDOT number, never a person. To check addresses, we send them to our email verification provider. We leave out rows whose legal name matches an officer's name, as a stand-in for sole proprietors; it's a stand-in, so some owner-operators may still appear. We sell the file only to businesses, for their own prospecting, under our terms. GrantedDaily is not affiliated with FMCSA or USDOT.
If you are listed in our files and want out, reply to any email from us, write to feed@granteddaily.com, or write to our postal address, with your USDOT number if you have it. We honor a request to stop as written. You are removed from every future file within 5 business days. Files already delivered to subscribers cannot be recalled.
Write to feed@granteddaily.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Cancel any time through the customer portal linked from your receipt. Our records of each day's send are deleted from our server after 14 days, and from its backups within a few weeks after that; payment records are kept by our payment processor as financial rules require.
We don't track visitors over time or across other websites, and nobody else does on our pages, so a browser's Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.
GrantedDaily is a business service and isn't directed to anyone under 18.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we update the date above and email subscribers at least 14 days before the change applies.
